BACKGROUND

Large timber frame housing development for an existing client consisting of 520 plots.

BRIEF

To provide a safe system of scaffolding for timber frame type build which will accommodate all trades on a fast-moving site in excess of 70 units per year.

SOLUTION

We worked closely and in depth with our client and supply chain to determine the most cost effective, safest and readily available solution.

We concluded that the Lahyer system scaffolding would be the best solution for this type of site. Once agreed with our client we then issued a design and calculation for each and every plot type prior to our arrival on site.

The site is currently in progress with no issues.
