P.E.T. Scaffolding in Cheshire, know that housing developments can be a continuous project spanning many years and treat these contracts as a partnership with our clients. Many of our operatives have been nominated by our current clients as site supervisors who will liaise with other onsite trades to ensure our scaffolding company is completed on time to avoid delays and promote a smooth progressive build.

The various types of construction project necessitate different scaffold and access solutions. We can provide the right scaffold solution for your specific build type whether it be timber frame or traditional build.
PLANNED ACTIVITY
We work closely with the CDM (Construction Design Manager) planning all stages of scaffold from ground level to handover alongside the construction works.All our construction scaffolders are trained up to advanced level CITB / CISRS industry recognised standards in tube & clip, PASMA, IPAF and system scaffolding, compliant with the Work at Height Regulations and approved codes of practice.
SITE CONDUCT
We know that more often than not a site will become populated as the build progresses and our conduct on site reflects directly to the client. Our site teams will adhere to site speed limits and controls and conduct themselves in a safe and courteous manner.
CAPABILITIES
We can provide a dedicated team to your site who will then take ownership of the scaffolding works and we have provided this to multiple clients with sites of in excess of 600 units.
